My GP isn't being understanding about my sistuation?

I have depression and earlier this week my CBT therapist said he was referring me to another therapist, and I saw the GP yesterday. I said that after about 8 weeks of seeing him I was actually feeling worse, and she seemed very frustrated and even cross with me, because I hadn't been able to find a link to my low moods yet. She then asked if I had started on the workbook that my therapist had given me, but I hadn't received any such workbook. This therapist was useless, and none of the things he went through with me acheived anything, because he had me doing sleep diaries every week, and one mood diary about 7 weeks ago, and many of the tasks weren't explained to me before I was kicked out. Now my GP thinks I'm not trying, that I'm just letting myself get more depressed, because he was so useless. I was told to stick with it, but I'm now really angry that my time has been wasted, and I feel like I'm being unfairly judged by my GP. Is there anything I can do?

I really like american eagle jeans, cause they last forever and they come in like every size imaginable. and try washing your old jeans in hot water, and drying them on a high setting, that should shrink them back up because they are cotton. though you might want to try on or the other first before doing both.

Rhodesian ridgeback mix?

I am considering adopting a rhodesian ridgeback mix...at least that is what they think it is. I have done a bit of research on this type of dog, and am having second thoughts. you should look it up b/c gpa means a lot but not everything, and also i dont doubt the 3.7 is the average gpa. of course if you have good SAT score but wants also really important is extra curricular activities. They always look for people with leadership qualities, so that would help a lot. Also try to get good recommendations from your teachers. But either way, apply if you want to, the only thing you got to lose if you application fee.

I have a 98 eclipse spyder with a vinyl khaki top and it has like darkened spots on it from what appears where rain water sits or runs over a lot. I guess its mildew. Have spotted an injured fox, what's the best thing to do?

We live in a semi-rural area and have foxes coming around usually at night seeking food which we leave out and I'm sure so do some of our neighbours. If you want moist fish you need to cover it with tinfoil. It will seal in the moisture. if you want very dry fish dont cover it. And you cook it untill it is all pink which will be about 20-30 minutes depending on the size. Once you see it is all pink, take a little chunk from the middle and see. I never time anything I just check on it after awhile

I have a 99 Durango that wont shift into 3rd gear until the car is totally warm. Any ideas what is wrong?

The car has to be driven atleast 15 miles or so until it will shift into 3rd on its own. You can rev the engine up to 4000 rpm's in 2nd gear and then take your foot off the gas, and the transmission will skip 3rd and go into overdrive. Otherwise when you first drive it and it is time to shift into 3rd, it seems like the transmission disengages and the engine just revs up like the transmission is slipping. Can anyone give me any ideas of what the problem could be? I have checked the transmission fluid and the color is not bright red, but it also doesn't have a bad smell. And after a 10 mile drive, the transmission fluid is barely warm.

Severe Testicular Pain?

Hi, I'm 17 years old turning 18, about 2 weeks ago I went into hospital with severe pain in my right testicle. I had a urine test, blood test, ultrasound, sti screening etc and they didn't find anything, not much swelling however there is a cyst there from when I was 12 but they didn't believe it was causing any pain so I ended up getting an IV shot of morphine and that didn't help the main much at all. I told the ER doctor how much pain I was in but I ended up getting a box of panadeine forte (30mg of codeine/500mg of paracetamol) and of coarse that didn't do a thing. So I went back to the hospital again the following day due to the chronic pain and inability to sleep that night, they ran some more tests and gave me some more morphine, this time a fairly good amount which dulled the pain down a bit. I ended up being discharged a few hours later after the dr diagnosed me with epididymitis and sent me off with a prescription of 500mg ciprofloxacin tablets, roxithromycin tablets and 20 5mg oxycodone tablets. I have been taking these since I got prescribed them until I started getting joint pain in my wrist and arm and wrang the dr which he then told me to cease taking ciprofloxacin. I then saw my GP since I had ran out of oxycodone and he prescribed me another 20 5mg tablets even though I had told him the pain wasn't going away unless I took 20mg at a time. Also my sti screening test came back and I had tested positive for chlamydia so he put me on 500mg of zithromax. I have now finished all my antibiotics and am still in the same severe amount of pain I was in when I first went to the hospital. So, how should I go about getting my doctor to increase the amount of oxycodone? or would I be better off asking for a different medication such as hydromorphone, opana, fentanyl or opana? I have been on hydromorphone and fentanyl once for my back pain and it worked quite well. Would appreciate your opinions on what to do now! Thanks guys

I wanted to get me and my son far away from him to allow him time to cool off. He chased me around the house, not allowing us to leave. I had to trick him so I could get to my car and leave. He almost broke my car window when he punched it trying to get into my car. I took off and stopped around the corner to buckle in my son. We drove around for a while, I was waiting for the Police to come but they never did. (He told me he called the police) I went home a few hours later, I had no money, no cell phone, no clothes for my baby. I put the baby back to bed and go to work, and while I'm at work he is at the crossroads safehouse for women, getting thier help to put a restraining order on me and my son. I am devestated and don't know what to do. I have not been served so I filed a motion to lift the restraining order today, but have not heard anything. I can't believe they just take my son away from me like this. I am nursing and this was not how I envisioned weening. Do I need a lawyer? Do I file for divorce? Sepration? Will the restraining order be made permanent. He is getting help from the battered womans shelter and when I called for help they put me off, now I know why. So now I can't get help from his abuse but all they see is that I abused him.

This one horse was donated to my school's riding program (we can do riding for P.E.) but we decided not to keep him. So we gave Luigi to this one trainer who used to work at school, but left to start her own barn that wasn't so centered around academics. (Also Luigi has sarcoids between his front legs and on his face, but they don't touch the girth and we put a fuzzy on his bridle) A week later, I started taking lessons with her because I didn't get enough one-on-one instruction at school and I wanted to compete. So I started riding Luigi and I really liked him (and still do, alot). Then I said something about how I planned to compete Luigi in dressage in front of her. (I plan to ride at first level, then hopefully move up to second next year.) But then my school trainer told me that I couldn't show him because of how he looks. He looks amazing from a distance because you can't see his sarcoids. He's a really pretty horse, even with sarcoids. I think it is okay to show him, do you?

i have a perfectly working program..but it works only in windows(done with visual studio 6,c++).when i put it in unix platform and run i get segmentation fault.this prog. is to convert regular expressions to nfa.it has a stack.the segmentation fault occurs only when i have pushed '*'.And about the unix platform...we have a seperate unix server residing at our college computer centre..everyone has been given an account to access it (must have fixed memory allocation for each person).it is in this server i tried to run my program.check this out........

.22-250 Best Varmint Ammo?

Sweet!!! You are gonna love the 22-250. As far as accuracy my 700 loved Remington Core-Lokt in 55grain and Federal Soft point 55gr. They would put 5 holes in 1" at 250 yards if I did my part. I don't know the science of why, but they were the ones that flew best in mine. I ume the soft point would be fine for the smaller critters. They worked for me on almost a dozen whitetail and many, many coyotes. Experiment with lots of different loads and have fun.

I am a 19 yr old female. I am 5 ft 8 and weight around 145 lbs. On and off for a year now i have experienced a pain in my lower left abdomen, a pain that is sort of above my ovary and kind of wraps over my hip bone and around to my back. I have been told I have IBS but when I am regular or at least think I am I still experience this. I had an ultrasound the first time I experienced this, which cleared my ovaries and I paid 375 dollars to be told I was constipated. i am a college student and don't have health insurance me nor my parents cant afford it and apparently I am not eligible for medicaid or medicare. The pain eventually went away. When I came back to college it showed up again. This is when I felt it in my back. I had my kidneys checked, was tested for STDs, had blood and urine tested, x-rays, been pushed around on and prodded. I am on birth control (Sprintec) have been for over a year now. I feel nauseous a lot and don't know whether to contribute that to the pill or something else. i have taken pregnancy tests all of which were negative. i have been to the doctor about other things as well, including my right hand turning a really dark red out of nowhere which the drs said was to random to be anything, lower back pain which cost me 100 dollars for about 2 hrs of physical therapy that didn't help, pain in my left leg that could have been from when I sprained my mcl or something else considering it has a tendency to bother me when my side does. my family is not supportive and the drs do the same things over and over and I have even lost friends because when i am in pain they call me a negative person. The health center on campus is not equipped with much except an x-ray machine and like i said i don't have health insurance work 12 hrs every 2 weeks so i cant pay for much especially when i have to have a payment to walk in the door at other health clinics. The only procedure i think would be left is a colonoscopy and i guess my drs don't think that's necessary because despite my complaints they just send me home. I take 400 mg ibuprofin for pain and it doesn't seem to make a difference neither. I have tried ice and i have tried heat, i have rotated the two also. This is slowly breaking me down and i don't know what to do now. i just want some insight maybe there is someone out there like me. 2002 dodge durango power steering leak?

Okay well I am hoping dodge man takes this question, He always knows. Well I have a 2002 dodge durango sport 4.7 4wd. Well I replaced the rack and pinion and tie rod ends about six months ago. Its been leaking power steering since it was done. It is leaking right where the threaded hose goes into the top of the rack. I was wondering if maybe it just needed a new O-ring or if using teflon tape would help. I am hoping the line doesnt need replaced because it just drips and needs to be filled every week or two. I dont remember any o rings when I did the job so I am hoping just taking off the lines and putting o rings in would help. But I dont know what size etc. And is there any chance you know what size the nut is on the hose to get it out of the rack, I cant seem to get the right size. Thanks much.

Rearing horse? please help:(?

So the barn brought in a new horse, shes about 7 years old. She came from and auction line and the only reason w bought her is because i knew her and worked with her befoe and she was great. Im used to working with rescues and neglected horses. This horse was bought by a young family, she was easy to catch, nice horse in general. now she is horrible to catch, and when you do catch her she freaks out and does a little dance on the spot, whens shes alone. shes good to tack up, bridle but you cannot touch her face. like her muzzle part , the vet was out and she dosent have any problems, and now shes been rearing. like out of no where, she will just be standing eating with the other horses and rear up very high. you can be walking her and shes fine and then she will just rear and try to run off, if you hold her by the reins she will freak out over nothing and rear and bolt away, when riding she fine, but whn you have enough contact, she will rear up. She reared in the barn a few times and once she hit her head on the roof. it was very scary, i though she really hurt her self , she kinda put her head down for about 30 seconds and her tounge was hanging out, so i shook a food bucket and she kinda gotout of it, i walked her and check her reflexes and she was fine. but now she wears a head bumper. how can i stop this? how do i correct her? do correct her with dicipline or reward? please help me, we can't afford another trainer, we have several horses under training that are worse then this. And we cannot sell her because no body will take her and im NOT sending er to the slaughter line up , where she was before.

Ok, so, I made a roast beef sandwich with cheese and mustard.... and obviously bread haha. a week ago? and I think that the tooth that bothering me is the front one that had a root c already 7 yrs ago. Ok, here's the story, please let me know your opinions. A 10 year old boy is having really bad diareha during the night and morning before school. He has never missed a day of school and begged to go to school that day. The diareha was due to him drinking several gles of grannys prune juice he got himself without knowing what it was. He had a couple doses of Pepto and it seemed to work pretty good, at least slowing it down a lot. He was sent to school with a pocket of those pepto pills and he is very responsible and knew not to take no more than one an hour. Well he got to school and went to the bathroom before cl. Why do NBA teams get so excited about European/international prospects?

I mean, how many chances do you get to see that player? Maybe once or twice or if you go to the Nike Hoops Summit. Maybe you see some footage of three of their games but that's really it. Also, some of these players end up staying overseas for a couple more years and then you waste a potential star draft pick. They also seem to be a little less aggressive and softer than some American players. Then you see some players like Pau Gasol and Dirk Nowitzki who have had phenomenal careers so far but there aren't that many elite foreign plays besides those two. How can I connect two emulated Macs together?

On my 2008 Aluminum MacBook, I have installed Basilisk II and SheepShaver in order to emulate Mac OS 7.5.3 and Mac OS 9.0.4 respectively. They are both set up to use DHCP to connect to the internet (through OpenTransport), with the networking connection being ped via SLIRP from my MacBook to the emulated machines. For some reason, my MacBook's IP address is shown as the router two which the two emulated machines are connected. If this is the case, then shouldn't the two emulated computers be able to talk to each other, seeing as they connected to the same "network"? Does anyone have any idea why this might not work'?

They live in more impoverished countries so their social natures influenced their growth to become aggressive boxers. Why wont the white cloud in my tank clear up?

I have a 50 gal corner fish tank with 4 Oranda gold fish, 2 Pleco and one albino cat fish. the water has been cloudy for 3 months now and it does not seem to be clearing up anytime soon. all the levels are good. i don't over feed them and i try to do a 20% water change and gravel sweep once a week. i have been changing my filters about once a month and i have two filters going at the same time. one of my filters is a canister with a polishing filter in it. i have even replaced the polishing filter for a new one to see if that would help clear it up. i am at a total loss. i have asked a ton of questions and have tried different chemicals to help clear it up, i even decided to do nothing at all and let it go but its still really cloudy. pulled out all the fake plants to see if that would help the cloud settle but its still real cloudy. i fear that the only other recourse to this menacing cloud that wont go away is to just pull out the fish. clean the stones real good and just start all over. to give you an idea at how frustrated i am with it. i set up a 29 gal tank last month and the water cleared up in 3 weeks after i set it up. i did Absolutely nothing for that tank except my water changes. so now if anybody has any idea that will help me get rid of the evil white cloud in my big fish tank i would be ever so grateful. two of my oranda's are 3 inches long one is 2 inches and the other is 1.5 inches. one pleco is 5 inches and the other is one inch and my albino cat is 1 inch.
