Does anybody know about the court systems for Arapahoe County and Denver County?

Ok so my boyfriend had a open case for Arapahoe County with a conspiracy to burglary, Before he went to court he got caught another case in Denver County for pretty much the same thing. Denver County gave him a F5 tresp and offered him probation which he will be released on 11/30/09. In the mean time he goes back to court for Arapahoe county on 11/24/09 being that he already took the deal for probation in denver what would Arapahoe do? Im hoping they can run his probation concurrent with Denvers. Do you think they will do that or would they give him time in jail on the other charge? Please only answers from ones who have been through the system or know a lil bit about the courts Thank you!
