Do you think i could be pregnant?

im sixteen years old and about 2 weeks ago me and my fiance' had and he came inside me twice. about a week ago i started feeling really weird. pregnancy never came to mind until i went to the doctor. ive been having some weird back pains and he took my mom aside and asked her if i could be pregnant. ive been getting really queasy off and on all day. i urinate more often than usual. my have been really sensitive lately and my mood swings are insane. im not late on my period yet, but ive been having some unexpected spotting...my doctore wrote me a little paper to take to the hospital for a pregnancy test but im really nervous. from what ive told you guys...do you think i could be pregnant?
