Furious about 10 y/o getting suspended for this....?

Ok, here's the story, please let me know your opinions. A 10 year old boy is having really bad diareha during the night and morning before school. He has never missed a day of school and begged to go to school that day. The diareha was due to him drinking several gles of grannys prune juice he got himself without knowing what it was. He had a couple doses of Pepto and it seemed to work pretty good, at least slowing it down a lot. He was sent to school with a pocket of those pepto pills and he is very responsible and knew not to take no more than one an hour. Well he got to school and went to the bathroom before cl. About 30 minutes into cl he asked to go to the bathroom so the teacher let him. When he came back the teacher told him he took to long. He didn't want anyone to know what was wrong or anything which would have been very embarring to him. about an hour later he asked to go again..... (continued in details section..)
