HELP with REMOVAL OF TEETH!?

I faint when i see/ hear about blood. either that or i get queasy. (no joke) i got my braces tuesday and already have an appointment to get teeth (4) removed but am extremely nervous. how do i prepare or cope with this? im soo scared help! thanks
