What can I do to Run Computer games better?

>The two big problems I see, are not enough RAM (kick it up to 4 gigs, even though you only get 3.5 on a 32 bit operating system - some is taken by the OS you see). The other problem is that EXTREMELY OLD video card. I presume you have an old cpu as well to be running an old Radeon like that.
