Would this be a good future career for a highschool dropout?

im not a highschool graduate yet, but im not really sure if i want to graduate and go to college. i was thinking about dropping out of highschool. i would like to open up my own floral shop with a bit of spice, colors, something you wont see in every floral shop. or open up a nice small friendly neighborhood bakery, and to the bakery i would like to add some spice to it make the bakery kinda creative and colorful with a hint of black. would these be good careers for a highschool drop out? oh and by the way. are there any good cooking schools or baking schools nothing big and expensive in California? near los angeles, santa monica, long beach, holly wood, beverly hills,?
