possibly it can. This sounds bad, you should not be correcting the older dog either nor breaking up a dog fight, the only time the dogs should be around eachother should be with your partnets in the room. NEVER LEAVE THEM ALONE TOGETHER AND TRY DOG TRAINING WITH THE TWO OF THEM. good luck!!
