I have a weight confusion?

110 pounds is a great weight,that's what I weigh now,we all go on some kind of binge eating too,just put it behind you and start from square one and eat healthy as you can,try eating some cereal that is high in fiber,this helps to fill you up and try eating some whole wheat pasta too,this burns off more slowly in our bodies and gives us fuel to do any kind of exercisee.Hope this helps you out,Tomb Raider.
