Is baked fish left uncovered in the oven?

If you want moist fish you need to cover it with tinfoil. It will seal in the moisture. if you want very dry fish dont cover it. And you cook it untill it is all pink which will be about 20-30 minutes depending on the size. Once you see it is all pink, take a little chunk from the middle and see. I never time anything I just check on it after awhile
