Would a Rockford fosgate R1000-1D be a good amp for 2 JL 13w3's?

I'm currently running my 2 JL audio 13w3's 4ohm on a G1700 it's loud as hell. but i'm thinking about upgrading would a R1000-1d be a good amp for my subs. I'm also looking at a Mtx audio jackhammer jh1200
