Im trying to find out the name of this movie?

right, so, in the movie there is this wierd guy (maybe a stricken off doctor who went crazy i dont know), so has like a torture chamber, he tortures girls untill they ask to die, they expect a quick death, but there wrong, he tortures them more until they die. he videos this and puts it on the internet. at the end of the film when the police are there, the girl escapes and tries to hang herself in the bathroom, (like a public bathroom with lots of cubicles) but the man wont her her get out that easily. at the end i think she shoots him or something. i'm sorry there isnt anymore detail than that but i really want to know the name of this film, any suggestions would be great, thanks! xx
