High blood pressure only at prenatal visits?

It happens to me every time I see my doctor. My doc isn't worried about it however because they know that people get nervous before going to the docs and have higher blood pressure because of it. However, if they saw high blood pressure and protein in your urine, then they would probably be more concerned. But next time just take a few deep breaths and try not to talk while they are taking it, that might help the numbers come down.
