How does the Obama birth certificate controversy make any sense?

It doesn't make any sense but republicans can find things to distract themselves from accomplishing anything. Liberals like to get things done while cons. like to go around in circles, the love history & staying stuck but don't ask them to be present or think of the future except to have reps. in the white house again. They are getting so depressed that by the time the next election comes they will have dug a hole they can't get out.
