I'm 20 can i get my high school diploma?

i finished all 4 yrs of high school but didnt have enough credits to graduate im missing about 30 california credits im in texas now can any one help me with this a little i found my self felling bad cause i did all 12 yrs of school and no diploma i watched all my friends walk and i was in the bleachers sucks but any info is mucho appreciated
