Who is the most underrated electic guitarist? Who is the most overrated?

I think Neil Schon is underrated, and I think that Clapton may be a tad bit overrated. Clapton is a great guitarist, don't get me wrong. But I think that people sometimes make it seem that he is head and shoulders above everyone. I don't think that is the case. I think Shon plays very good melodies and with a lot of feeling.
