Tires shaking at specific speeds?

A vibration at that speed is usually a tire out of balance. If it were my car that is the first thing I would check. It doesn't do it when you brake so that rules out warped brake rotors and at 30,000 miles it wouldn't hurt to have them inspected and do a tire rotation and balance and that will most likely take care of your problem.
