Go to Bukit Bintang that's one of the tourist spots there. You can ride a monorail and stop in Bukit Bintang Station. Try to go to Sungei Wang Plaza and Low Yat Plaza lots of digital and IT stuff in a cheap price plus you can negotiate them.
