Any Doctors here? real great doctors who succeed :( need help?

hi there.im a second year medical student and almost flunking.its sem break now, but not for me because i have to take 3 removals for pathology, pharmacology and parasitology. actually i just finished the pharma exam yesterday then patho, thursday.then parasitology will be on tuesday and now .. it really sucks i am really tired of everything and almost give up before my pharma exam and did not reaview coz its like everything that you have driven your hard work was now thrown in a thrash.you know, this really suck and its killing me physically and most especially emotionally.i lost 5 pounds for just a week because i really cannot eat and im really depressed. i just wanted to know if there are great doctors there who were also "MIDYEAR" students (for i can feel that ill be one) and where are you now.. i mean have you got anything to suceed and what did you do to drive yourself off the ground? im so depressed now :(
